We're sure that you'll be really pleased with your purchase but if for some reason you're unhappy with your item(s) then you're welcome to return your product within 7 working days.
We do offer an easy to follow returns policy and here are some FAQs you may have about what to do when returning an item. If you can't find the answer to your question then please let us know and we'll make sure our list is updated.
Can I return my order?
Yes you can. If you find your order is damaged or faulty it can be returned to us within 7 working days and we will refund the cost of your item in full along with the delivery charge.
In the event you are simply not happy with the outfit or the size is incorrect, it can be returned to us within 7 working days and we will refund you the cost of your item (s)
How do I return my item(s)?
It's easy! Just package up your item(s) securely and include the dispatch note that came with the parcel, please detail on this dispatch note the reason for your return. Refunds cannot be processed without this dispatch note, along with the reason for returning. Then please return it to us at the following address:

Do make sure you've included all your items and their contents in your return parcel as we can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resalable.
Please note: If item(s) returned to us have evidently been worn, or if costume packaging has been heavily damaged and the item cannot be restocked for sale we will not be able to process your refund, and the item will be returned to you. Please take care when opening costume packaging.
We also advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents, otherwise it may not reach us.
Please also be sure to obtain a proof of postage, or have your returning item tracked with Royal Mail. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives to its destination. In the event the returned parcel does not arrive to it's destination, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with Royal Mail to process a claim for a refund.
How long will it take to process my return?
We'll aim to process your return request within 14 working days of receiving your product. Within 30 days of receiving your confirmation order you should receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.
In busy periods like Halloween and Christmas we may take a little longer.
Can I return any type of product?
There are some products that must not be worn or used when you return them to us.
Please return them to us in their unopened and original packaging. Have a look at the list below for details of these products.

- Socks and stockings
- Eye lashes
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any type of artificial hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
