We are proud to offer both UK and international delivery to our customers.  And if you need your order as soon as possible you can choose to have it despatched with our reliable couriers interlink express who offer guaranteed next day delivery.

Normal Service Levels Outside Peak Trading Times:

UK Delivery

We offer several great UK delivery options depending on how quickly you need your order.

All orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri will be processed and dispatched the same day, using the delivery service you have selected.  Orders received after 3pm Mon – Fri will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Mondays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery

·         Delivery can take between 1-5 days, although 96% of deliveries are made the next day.  That's pretty good odds!

·         Deliveries include Saturdays

·         Signature required for delivering

·         Someone else can sign for your package if you're not at home

·         Unfortunately, we don't track this delivery and it won't be insured

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and Guaranteed Saturday Delivery **

Guaranteed between 8am-6pm - £8.95 (£4.00 + £4.95)

Available Monday to Friday only, if you order your item on a Friday guaranteed next day, it will be delivered the following Monday. **Please note the postcodes exempt

Guaranteed before 12pm - £9.95 (£5.00+ £4.95)

Available Monday to Friday only, if you order your item on a Friday guaranteed next day, it will be delivered the following Monday. **Please note the postcodes exempt

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery 8am-1pm £17.95 (£13.00+ £ 4.95)

** Please note that the following postcodes are exempt from next day delivery services with Interlink and it will take 2 days for the parcel to reach the destination;

International Delivery

We currently deliver to all countires in the EU:

All the International Delivery prices quoted are for packages up to 1-10kg.  If your package weighs more than 10kg we will contact you to confirm the delivery cost.

For all deliveries to European destinations please allow 3 – 7 working days

Please note:  International Delivery Timings are for guidance only.  We regret we’re unable to guarantee timings, and International Deliveries are subject to delays beyond our control once they have been dispatched from the UK.  Exact delivery timings will be affected by local customs and postal services. 

Import Duties

Please note that if a delivery is made outside of the EU, you may incur Import Duties. These additional charges will need to be paid by you when your package arrives at its destination country.  Should you not want to accept this Duty, we will happily accept a return and refund the cost of your order; however, we will not refund the cost of the international shipping charges.
