What delivery services does Fancy Dress Shack offer?
We provide a range of services to suit your needs. Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 whether you order one item or 10 items. If you click on our Delivery and Postage Prices page you can read about in full detail.
When will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries can arrive any time between 8am and 6pm. You can literally watch and track your delivery from departure to arrival on our couriers and Royal Mail Delivery Tracking Pages.
My card payment won't process
Isn't that so annoying when that happens! If you take as much care as possible entering the information, usually everything is fine. But because we maintain a really high level of payment security, we have pretty strict rules on the information you provide when entering your payment details. So make sure you have correctly entered the billing address and card details. A teeny tiny mistake will cause the payment to fail and its very frustrating for you (and for us.....we want your order!!!) If we see a transaction has failed, we will drop you an email to see if we can help. If you have any problems call us on 0845 519 1150.
I wish to return an item
No problem at all. We have full details of our returns process on our Returns page.
My order says it is in Security Check, what does this mean?
This is nothing to be concerned about! All our orders go through a Security Check to ensure payment has been received ok. This is usually a very quick step but can take up to 12 hours and you will be contacted if there is any problem. Please ensure your email and phone details are correct so we can contact you.
What happens if I am not in and the courier attempts to deliver my order?
The sorry you were out card from the courier will be dropped through your door. This will contain all the details you need to arrange a re-delivery. Because it is so important that the right parcel gets to the right person, we always require a signature for all our fancy dress shack deliveries and are therefore unable to leave the item if you are not in.
What is Google Checkout and PayPal?
These are pretty frequent methods of payment for internet payments. To use either Google Checkout or PayPal you will need to register with them first. It certainly makes life easy when shopping online.
Are all your products in stock?
Simply, Yes. If the product is out of stock it is noted on the product page. We have invested behind technology to make sure that we manage your expectations in regards to our stock levels.
