How do I place my order with Fancy Dress Shack?
Choose which item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity, then if applicable, select the size required. Click add to basket. Do this for all the products you wish to purchase. When you have finished making your selection, click on Checkout, located in the top right. You will be prompted to enter your details for billing and shipping - please note that the details entered must be the same as those held by your card issuer. To proceed with your order fill out the payment details and confirm your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express and Paypal and Google Checkout. Please be assured that all payments are secure.
I'm worried that my card details wont be secure - how can you ensure a safe transaction?
Any personal details entered into our website are processed security using the very best in certificate security from Versign. In addition our bank and payment providers provide full security protection. Our systems are checked hourly and we use a combination of security providers to ensure this. We do not hold any of your payment card details on our own systems, they are all securely processed through our bank HSBC. All card, Paypal and Google Checkout payments pass through a number of rigorous card processing checks. In the case of suspicious behaviour. We work with a number of recognised fraud prevention agencies and analyse a number of customer details to ensure we are not receiving fraudulent orders.
Paying by cheque? If you prefer to pay by cheque, you will need to trake into consideration the time it will take to clear before your order is dispatched
Can I return my order?
Yes you can. If you find your order is damaged or faulty it can be returned to us within 7 working days and we will refund the cost of your item in full along with the delivery charge.
How do I organise a return?
Simply write on the back of the dispatch note your reasons for returning, and send to the address in the question below. Don't forget a proof of postage form Royal Mail.

Ho do I return my item(s)?
It's easy! Just package up your item(s) securely and include the returns form which can be downloaded from our returns policy. Then return it to us at the following address:

Do make sure you've included all your items and their contents in your return parcel as we can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resalable.
We also advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents, otherwise it may not reach us.
How long will it take to process my return?
We'll aim to process your return request within a 7-14 working days of receiving your returned items. Within 30 days of receiving your confirmation order you should receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.
In busy periods like Halloween and Christmas we may take a little longer.
Can I return any type of product?
There are some products that must not be worn or used when you return them to us.
Please return them to us in their unopened and original packaging. Have a look at the list below for details of these products.
